BRIEF HISTORY

AGTSoft Inc. (Avant Garde Technologies Inc.) is a company based in the Philippines which started in 2008. Its founders back then were scribbling down ideas on a table napkin at their favorite coffee shop, sharing the same vision of creating a simple but powerful software solution for companies and organizations that are still stuck in the same old cliché of using 'stone-age' procedures in doing their tasks in running their businesses. Sharing this mutual thought that anyone could and should adapt in our now modernized world – and with constant brainstorming, AGTSoft Inc. was born. It's founders with background in Software Analysis, GUI Design, Web and Software Development, and some Networking know-how, they immediately knew their mission – to cater Custom Software Solutions to the world . They envisioned that "tailor-fitted" software will not only automate manual processes but will also increase a company's overall workforce efficiency compared to using "off-the-shelf" software. Being submerged in the world of I.T. in the Philippines for years, they became committed to develop awesome programs that are cost effective, user friendly, eye candy, and innovative for every businesses and organizations in their own country and abroad.

AGTSoft Inc. became an official corporation when it became SEC registered last 2009.
